Description

The robust CLEAN BOX Flow cleaning system has been developed for cleaning small machine parts or workpieces. It is used for degreasing and removing dirt such as oil, grease and dust. It consists of a submersible box (stock tank with cleaning cuvette) that includes a battery-powered pump, an accumulator, a cleaning brush, a trolley, and a lid.

The CLEAN BOX Flow can be used in operation thanks to the two-stage trolley located right next to the cleaned parts. The practical trolley offers an optimal working height and also provides storage space for drums or workpieces. The mobile box is battery-powered, so it can be used practically anywhere.

Dirty parts can be cleaned in the CLEAN BOX using the integrated washing brush. A pump powered by a 12 V battery directs the cleaning fluid from the storage tank to the flow brush. During cleaning, the liquid is filtered as it flows back into the storage tank through the filter set (consisting of coarse and fine filter). The result is a long fluid life.

The cleaning system is not heated and is suitable for water-based cleaners with a pH of 10.3 to 11.5 to protect the pump from damage. The most suitable are products from the CB 100 series.

The immersion box of the CLEAN BOX Flow system is filled with an alkaline cleaning fluid. Dirty parts are put in the cleaning tub. The pump, which drives the liquid, is controlled by a rocker switch. The parts are then cleaned using a flow brush.

Clean Box Flow is a closed cleaning system as the cleaner flows back into the storage tank through a series of filters.

We recommend that you change the cleaning agent at regular intervals to prevent the cleaning efficiency from being reduced due to the liquid being used for too long.
