BIANCO 370 AE CNC Fully Automatic Bandsaw

Description

The Bianco 370 AE CNC combines a welded steel base with a hardened aluminium bow mounted on tapered roller bearings. Drive is through a reducer unit with hardened and ground gears, powered by a 1.5 kW blade motor. Bow, vices and material feed are all hydraulically controlled, with fast approach and return governed by a feeler pin and down feed set with infinitesimal adjustment.

On AE models the bow cylinder sits close to the fixed blade guide, keeping the cut stable where the load is highest. Cutting pressure adjusts to the section and material, so feed rate rises or falls with cutting resistance. Adjustable carbide blade guides and mechanical blade tensioning, monitored by a limit switch, keep the blade running straight.

The CNC controls every machine function. Program the cut length and quantity, store up to 99 jobs, and let the machine run the cycle unattended. The material feed carriage has transverse oscillation to help feed bent or crooked bar.

When running in automatic mode, Bianco recommends keeping solid bar to 150 mm diameter or less.

Suited to structural fabrication, steel distribution, general engineering and manufacturing shops cutting repeat lengths of solid bar, tube, angle, channel and box section.
