The MultiBlast PRO320 – 140 Litre – Blasting Machine Full Package Blast Pot has a Garnet capacity of 320kgs. Standard Models use 1-1/4″ Piping – Allows up to a #6 Venturi Blast Nozzle. Hi-Flow Models use 1-1/2″ Piping for use with a #7 or #8 Venturi Blast Nozzle Available standard in “Pressure Hold” and “Automatic Exhaust” Pressure Hold Models are fitted with a genuine Thompson II Valve Automatic Exhaust Models are fitted with the New MultiBlast Micro Abrasive Feed Valve. Electric Deadman Systems are available as an optional upgrade.

What size compressor do I require?
The minimum compressor size / air output is determined by the blast nozzle used plus the air requirement of blast helmet.
Different nozzles maybe fitted to reduce the air supply demand. However, there are some restrictions on certain models.

What assembly is required?
The Blast pot comes fully assembled
What size grit is recommended to use?
This depends on the application. Finer grit is used for more delicate surfaces whereas corser grit is used on harder surfaces with thicker soiling.
What maintenance is required?
Minimal as long as the input pressure is regulated to 100 PSI.
Do I require an air dryer or aftercooler for my compressor ?
Whether you need an air dryer or aftercooler depends on factors such as your location's climate, humidity levels, and the size and type of compressor you’re using. Most of our blast pots come with water separators designed to minimize moisture in the air supply. If you notice issues like clogging or inconsistent results, you can always install an air dryer or aftercooler at a later stage to enhance performance.
