Description
The new X/XP handling system offers unprecedented flexibility for tailoring a handling system to individual needs and conditions. Load capacities and automation levels can be adjusted with perfect flexibility and modified at a later time. Besides the roll conveyor in a regular and propelled version, the X system comprises a rich array of options, from vertical rollers, to length measuring systems all the way to cross conveyor units and shifting devices. The load capacity can be customized by the number of rollers and support feet used. The roll conveyor’s feed profile even allows varying roller and foot distances on the same roll conveyor unit. When needed, additional rollers and/or support feet can be installed at any time.

Length Stops
XA – Manual material length-stop with band scale
XA measuring stop with simple adjusting and uncomplicated control. With a standard length 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 m, it is suitable for every saw. The guide-rail is fitted with a measuring tape along its whole length. The stop arm may be tilted to enable the material to pass through.

XRA – Manual material length-stop with digital display
Without necessary power supply, with a long-life battery, the digital measuring stop XRA guarantees accurate measurements along the whole length. The stop support is adjusted manually and its position is shown on the display with 0,1 mm accuracy. The digital display shows absolute dimensions and dimensional strings. The stop arm may be tilted to enable the material to pass freely.

XDA – Digital material stop with hand wheel and pneumatic brake
Digital material stop with hand wheel and pneumatic brake XDA – user-friendly material stop with digital display of set length. The desired length is set with the handwheel. The stop is equipped with a pneumatic brake and pneumatic jaw bounce. The stop jaw can be lifted pneumatically for smooth material flow. In combination with the XP driven track, the stop has to be fitted with an EBS restraining device – when the material moves onto the stop jaw, the EBS system reduces the material feed speed and begins to slowly travel to the desired stop position.

XNCA – Length-stop systems with automatic positioning
The CNC-controlled measuring stop XNCA provides a full comfort of an additional measuring axis of the machine. The control allows absolute dimensions and dimensional strings to be programmed and offers a 99 program memory with 99 entries. The length measurement is performed with a magnetic measuring system along the whole length of the stop with 0,1 mm accuracy.

Fixed vertical steel roller
In an ideal position, aligned with the axis of the saw rear jaws, vertical rollers ensure angle precision, simpler working operations, and safety of the operator and other persons in the vicinity of the machine.
Legs for material preparation
Due to the width of the support legs, sufficient material can be prepared for the cutting process. This will reduce the time and complexity of material preparation.
Roller track passage
The passage is fitted with a safety switch which immediately turns off the track drive if the passage gates are lifted.
