The Pronto SB32 is a heavy-duty spiral bending machine engineered to form steel reinforcing bar into circular and spiral shapes for structural and infrastructure applications. The machine is built on a solid frame with a 12mm panel thickness, measuring 1100 x 800 x 850mm and weighing approximately 380kg.

A 4kW motor drives the bending mechanism at 1440 r/min, producing a spiral bending speed of 28 r/min. The machine handles round plain bar from 14–32mm and deformed (ribbed) bar from 14–30mm, with a vernier scale (1cm = 1.5m) fitted to support accurate spiral sizing during operation.

Bending capability spans a spiral diameter range from Ø16 to Ø32, with no upper limit on maximum spiral diameter across the range — allowing the machine to be set up for both tight and large-radius spiral forms as job requirements change.
