SMG Rapid-Edge 18DG Double Sided Gear Type Plate Beveling Machine A high-efficiency steel plate beveling machine widely used in the construction industry for ideal weld preparations.
The machine body can be rotated quickly to bevel both sides of the plate, the rotation of the workpiece is not required.
With a clamping thickness 6 – 30 mm and adjustable bevelling angle range of 25 – 45 degrees.
Efficient processing speeds of 1.5 – 2.6 meters per min.

SMG Rapid-Edge 18DG Double Sided Gear Type Plate Beveling Machine widely used in construction industry for weld preparation with a turntable option for double side beveling.Clamp thickness 6-30mm and bevel angle range 25-45degree adjustable with high efficiency at processing 1.5-2.6meters per min. It helps a lot in saving labours.
Two processing ways:
- Model 1: Cuttcatchestch the steel and lead into the machine to complete the job while processing small steel plates.
- Model 2: Machine will travel along the edge of steel and complete the job while processing large steel plates.
