Pipe Beveling Machines

The SMG Roto-Edge 1200-LR is a large radius pipe beveling machine built to cold-mill bevels directly onto large diameter pipe, shell sections, and dished ends without secondary grinding. A milling head fitted with nine insert cutters covers clamp thicknesses from 9–100mm and produces a fully adjustable 0–90° bevel angle across U, V, K, and I joint preparations, including inner and outer bevel and 0-degree facing passes. The machine runs from a wheeled mobile stand with a handheld pendant remote control, letting the operator manage the cut from a safe working distance and avoid manually supporting the head during large-radius work.
