The SMG F610 Pneumatic Flange Facing Machine is a portable flange facing machine built for on-site facing, bevelling, and turning of pipe, valve, and pump flanges from 50–610 mm (2″–24″). Driven by a 0.89 kW pneumatic motor running at up to 42 RPM, it delivers machine-shop accuracy in a lightweight, ID-mounted flange facing machine that can be set up and run in horizontal, vertical, or overhead orientations. It is suited to oil and gas, power generation, heavy equipment, and shipbuilding and repair environments where flange face machining needs to happen in place, without removing the flange for workshop repair.
