With its innovative combination of manual cleaning with a flow brush and automatic cleaning as you know it from a hot-water parts washer it will fulfil any requirement.

The perfect combination of the precision of manual cleaning and the efficiency of an automatic cleaning system. In the manual cleaning mode, the flow brush can be used for cleaning parts geometries that are difficult to reach. In the automatic mode, the system will clean fully automatically.

In manual cleaning mode you can clean complex parts geometries that in the automatic mode of a conventional automatic cleaning system would be difficult to clean or not at all. For this, the user has the ergonomic hand spray gun at their disposal. With its quick-release fastener this can be used with either a cleaning brush or a variable cleaning nozzle. The cleaning nozzle can either generate a point jet to remove contaminations from points that are difficult to reach, or a fan-shaped jet that is ideal for cleaning smooth surfaces. Afterwards, a pneumatic spray gun facilitates fast drying.

Automatic cleaning is as efficient as you know it from automatic cleaning systems. A timer can be adjusted to the precise requirements on cleaning time. The spinning rack in combination with a spray pressure of 4 bar and a factory-set temperature of 50°C/122°F (adjustable between 40 and 55°C 104 to 131°F, please contact us for other temperatures if needed) facilitates effective cleaning of components of any kind.

Like the entire device, the stainless steel rack with diameters between 775 and 1175 mm consists of solid V2A steel and features a payload of 350 kg. If necessary, the payload can be extended to 1,000 kg. The device features a touch button to spin the rack in idle mode for easy loading and unloading.

The BIO-CIRCLE Turbo has two pumps: one 4 bar pump for automatic cleaning and one 2.5 bar pump for manual applications.

A safety switch prevents the pumps form running with the lid open. Moreover, automatic cleaning will only work if the gauntlets for manual cleaning are closed in order to eliminate the risk of injuries.

Being a universally applicable cleaning device, the BIO-CIRCLE Turbo can be used wherever a variety of different requirements on the ideal cleaning device come together, from Maintenance, where different components have to be cleaned efficiently, to Production, where particularly complex or diverse parts are made.
