Description

The CLEAN BOX Max 1 is used for the efficient and easy cleaning of large, cumbersome or complex parts. It is well suited for the manual removal of surface contaminations caused by special greases, oils or wax residues and such. The dimensions are 1420 mm (L) x 1420 mm (W) x 520 mm (H).

The CLEAN BOX Max 1 is a sturdy system with a payload of 1,000 kg. Thanks to the size of the Box, cumbersome parts in particular are comfortable and safe to clean. It is used with unheated, water-based cleaning fluids with a pH between 7 and 12 in order to protect the built-in electronics. The cleaners of the CB 100 range are best suited for use in the system, in particular CB 100 Blue because of its long service life.

The cleaning system includes a storage tank for the cleaning agent and a grid working platform for placing the contaminated work pieces.

It features a stainless steel control box for the integrated electrical feed pump and an electro-pneumatic foot switch. The contaminated work pieces are cleaned with a robust washing brush. This brush contains the flow nozzle that the cleaner flows through.

With its closed loop system, the device contributes to the protection of the environment because the cleaning fluid is used several times.

As an optional feature, the CLEAN BOX Max 1 offers a collecting tray as per WHG (Water Resources Act).

Usage

The storage tank of the CLEAN BOX Max 1 is filled with the alkaline cleaning fluid. The contaminated machine parts or components to be cleaned are then placed on the work surface and secured if necessary. The pump is operated via foot switch and pumps the cleaning fluid from the storage tank through a hose into the flow nozzle with the washing brush. The control lamp indicates whether the pump is switched on. Contaminations on the work piece surfaces can be removed with the pressure of the washing brush. After cleaning the fluid flows back from the work pieces into the storage tank and is led back into the circulation.

When changing/replacing the fluid, we recommend rinsing the device thoroughly with water in order to prevent hazardous chemical reactions.
