The BIO-CIRCLE HP parts washer with brush can be operated with the lid open and closed. The washing chamber works with the power of high-pressure cleaning. It is in line with circular economy and cleans parts, also heavily soiled and with complex geometries, made of steel, stainless steel, plastic, etc. from oil and grease.

The BIO-CIRCLE HP is the ideal cleaning device for removing all kinds of contaminations from heavily contaminated parts with complex geometries. Cleaning at high pressure of up to 60 bar will remove even the most persistent of contaminations, such as degraded oils and resinous greases, without effort. Moreover, the high pressure will easily penetrate complex geometries, thus efficiently dissolving the contamination. This makes it the perfect solution for cleaning ball bearings and similar parts.

The factory-set cleaning temperature of 45°C/113°F guarantees the best price/performance ratio. The insulated tank prevents unnecessary heat losses and saves energy.

The LED interior lighting provides good lighting conditions, which enables the user to also see complex part geometries in all detail. The interior is equipped with a fan for aeration, and the window pane is kept continuously clear by means of an air nozzle with a strong airflow. In addition, the pane can be freed from splashes by means of a screen wiper.

The device is operated by means of an easy-to-reach foot switch. A retractable step provides optimal comfort of use for users of different heights.

Crane loading is no problem; the payload is 350 kg. As an option, a rotatable stainless steel disc will support the user when cleaning heavy parts.

Field of application

The BIO-CIRCLE HP can be used wherever heavily contaminated parts with complex geometries require cleaning. The high precision of manual cleaning in combination with a pressure of 60 bar facilitates efficient removal of highly persistent contaminations, such as special greases and burnt-in oils.

Usage

Just place the components in the BIO-CIRCLE HP and clean with high pressure.

The suction and LED interior lighting provide good lighting conditions. In high-pressure mode, air from a nozzle is blown automatically onto the window pane which guarantees a clear view. Should heavy splashing caused by cleaning obstruct the view, the pane can be cleaned by means of an additional screen wiper.

After pressure-washing, the parts can be subjected to a visual inspection – minor remaining contaminations can then also be removed with the flow brush.

After the cleaning process, excess cleaning fluid should be removed from the component with the aid of the compressed air gun in order to minimize discharge losses and to save costs.
