The extend models are a fully hydraulic semi-automatic saw of two-column construction designed for cutting of thin-walled tubes, full and also profiled materials under the angle of 90°.

Saw frame is filled with polymer concrete that increases the rigidity of construction and also supports smooth running of the saw band without unwanted vibrations. In connection with feeding system the saw can be extended to fully automatic machine. Standard equipment consists of smoothly regulated powerful saw band drive, precise hard-metal guiding of the band, automatic cutting pressure regulation, digital indicator of saw band speed, freely movable control panel, hydraulic full-stroke cylinder, electronic control of saw band tension and rupture, powerful drive wheels for longer lifetime of saw band, optimally dimensioned hydraulic aggregate, modern and easy control, failure diagnostics and well-readable illuminated display.
