The SMG F1000P Pneumatic Flange Facing Machine is an ID-mounted flange facing machine built to re-face, groove and prepare flange sealing surfaces from 153mm up to 1000mm OD without removing the flange from the line. A 1.7kW pneumatic drive turns the powered 360° tool post through a three-speed continuous feed gearbox, while quick-set adjustable clamping jaws speed up setup across the 145–813mm ID mounting range and reduce operator handling time on site. Suited to oil and gas, power generation, and heavy equipment applications where compressed air is already available, it delivers repeatable machine-shop accuracy directly at the flange.

High-torque hydraulic drive makes it well suited to heavier facing and boring passes across oil and gas, power generation, and heavy equipment applications, independent of a site compressed air supply.
