The CLEAN BOX is a flexible and robust system that is suited for immersion processes, draining and transport. It has been designed for mobile and versatile cleaning in the workplace. Among other things, it can be used for cleaning, degreasing, soaking or derusting.

The CLEAN BOX can be stacked, which saves space in storage and cleaning. In addition, it reduces costs, protecting the environment at the same time. The cleaning liquid for removing contaminations can be used several times because the cleaner will flow back from the perforated immersion basket into the immersion box when the basket is lifted. The inside surfaces of the Box are smooth, which means the cleaning agent can be changed swiftly, if needed, and the system is easy to clean.

The cleaning box is made of durable synthetic material. Water-based acidic and alkaline cleaners can be used without damaging the material, so the cleaning system is very versatile in use.

The ergonomic handles provide a safe grip, so the Box is safe to carry.

To make transport even easier, we have designed the CLEAN BOX Mobil. The cleaning box is transported to the desired workplace by means of a trolley. Locking brakes guarantee secure footing.

Usage

The CLEAN BOX consists of an immersion basket that is inserted in the immersion box. The system can be closed with the lid in order to protect the cleaning bath during the cleaning process or the Box during storage from contaminations.

The cleaning fluid is poured into the immersion box, and the contaminated parts are lowered into it by means of the immersion basket. Then they can be pre-cleaned, degreased or derusted manually. The Box can also be used for soaking.

For these processes, the CB 100, GS 200 or BIO-RUST cleaners are particularly well suited. After cleaning, rinsing the work pieces with water is recommended.

Upon completion of the cleaning process, the basket is easy to lift and can be placed on the inside edge of the immersion box, performing a 180° turn. This way, the individual parts can drain and then be taken out.

The cleaning fluid remaining in the Box is ready to be used another time.

The CLEAN BOX can be stacked in a steadfast way, facilitating the setup of several cleaning baths at the same time and saving additional space.
