Description

The CLEAN BOX Flex is a flexible and modular system for the cleaning and degreasing of large and cumbersome components and machine parts. For instance, pastes, bitumen residues or oils can be removed in an easy and safe manner. Upon request, the system can be extended in depth and/or width, so it can be geared to the specific cleaning requirements.

The closed loop system of the CLEAN BOX Flex facilitates multiple use of the cleaning fluid.

In order to protect the electronic components of the system, we recommend alkaline water-based cleaners with a pH between 7 and 12 in the application concentration. Moreover, the system is not heated and cleans effectively at ambient temperature.

The cleaners of the CB 100 range, in particular CB 100 Blue, are best suited for use in the system.

The contaminated parts can be cleaned effectively by means of the integrated flow nozzle with a sturdy washing brush.

The cleaning system includes a storage tank for the cleaning agent and a grid working platform for placing the contaminated work pieces. It also features a WHG-approved collecting tray with a leakage inspection hole.

With its pneumatic ON/OFF foot switch the electrical feed pump is easy to operate.

The system can be covered with a lid to avoid contaminations or odour nuisance.

The black cleaning platform has a variable useful work surface, which guarantees that the system size can be geared optimally to the parts to be cleaned. The work surface has a standard size of 2725 x 1505 x 390 mm and can be extended in depth and/or width in 1200-mm steps.

Usage

The storage tank can be filled with the desired alkaline cleaner, and then the parts to be cleaned can be placed on the work surface.

The pump is operated via a practical foot switch. The control lamp indicates whether the pump is switched on. The cleaning fluid is pumped from the storage tank into the flow nozzle and, when used together with the washing brush, provides an efficient cleaning performance. After cleaning the fluid flows back into the storage tank.

When changing/replacing the cleaner, we recommend rinsing the cleaning platform thoroughly with water in order to prevent hazardous chemical reactions.
