WiseLaser EVO-2000W: Setting from Welding Mode to Cutting Mode – Step-by-Step Guide

Learn how to safely and effectively switch your WiseLaser EVO-2000W from welding mode to cutting mode with this easy-to-follow guide.

Steps:
  1. Change Mode: Switch the device from Weld mode to Cut mode.
  2. Start Process: Click the Process button.
  3. Adjust Scan Width: Set the Scan Width parameter to 0.
  4. Set Peak Power: Adjust the Peak Power to the device’s extreme power limit (either 150, 20, or 30).
  5. Save Settings: Adjust and Save the new settings.
  6. Return to Main: Return to the Main Page.
On the Pressure Tank
  1. Increase Air Pressure: Increase the Air Pressure to 157.
  2. Decrease Air Pressure: Decrease the Air Pressure to 0.
On the Nozzle
  1. Change Nozzle: Change the nozzle to the Cutting Nozzle.
  2. Center Transom: After replacing the nozzle, ensure the transom is centered within the nozzle.
  3. Perform Cut: Proceed to cut vertically and evenly.
