The SMG F1000E Electric Flange Facing Machine is an ID-mounted portable flange facing machine that re-faces, grooves and prepares flange sealing surfaces from 153 mm up to 1000mm without removing the flange from the line. A 2kW servo motor drives the powered 360° tool post through a three-speed continuous feed gearbox, giving consistent, controllable feed speed across the 0–33 RPM range, while quick-set adjustable clamping jaws speed up setup across the 145–813mm loading range and reduce operator handling time on site. Powered entirely by electricity, it is well suited to sites without compressed air or hydraulic infrastructure across oil and gas, power generation, and heavy equipment applications.
