Die CLEAN BOX Max 2 is a sturdy cleaning system for the manual cleaning of cleaning of large and cumbersome work pieces. contaminations caused by special greases, oils or wax residues and such can be removed effectively by means of the integrated washing brush. The external dimensions of the Box are 2400 mm (L) x 1420 mm (W) x 740 mm (H).

The CLEAN BOX Max 2 is robust and can carry a payload of 1,000 kg. Its design allows for it to be easily transported on a pallet truck, which carries it to the cumbersome machine parts or components to be cleaned. The work pieces can be placed on the large working platform and cleaned safely. The washing brush and the ergonomic working height relieve the physical strain on the employees during the cleaning process.

The working platform consists of a sturdy grid with the storage tank underneath containing the cleaning fluid. An electrical feed pump transports the cleaning fluid through the flow nozzle with the washing brush. With its pneumatic ON/OFF foot switch the electrical feed pump is easy to operate.

A collecting tray in line with the WHG (German Water Resources Act) can be integrated as an optional extra.

With the aid of the CLEAN BOX MAX 2, in particular large work pieces are cleaned in an energy-efficient and eco-friendly manner. It is used with water-based low-temperature cleaners that remove contaminations efficiently at ambient temperature. In order to protect the built-in electronics, we recommend cleaning fluids with a pH between 7 and 12. The cleaners of the CB 100 range, in particular CB 100 Blue with its extended service life, are best suited for use in the system. In addition, the cleaning agent is used several times due to the closed loop system.

Usage

First, the CLEAN BOX MAX 2 is transported on a pallet truck to the parts to be cleaned. Then the alkaline cleaning agent can be filled into the storage tank.

The work pieces are placed on the working platform and can be secured. The pump that leads the cleaning agent to the cleaning nozzle with washing brush is easy to operate, using the foot switch. A control lamp indicates whether the pump is switched on.

Contaminations can be removed by applying pressure with the washing brush. The fluid flows back into the storage tank and is then pumped back into the flow nozzle.

When changing/replacing the fluid, we recommend rinsing the device thoroughly with water in order to prevent hazardous chemical reactions.
